Q. Are your customers dictating terms? What is your response to that? How are you dealing with it? A. (From the IOFM Advisory Panel) ----- Our customers' payment terms are included in their signed agreement, triggered by the Sales team and approved by our Legal department.We still receive customer purchase orders with non-agreed to payment terms, however. When that happens, we work with the customer’s purchasing department to have the terms changed, according to their signed agreement. We…
