Dual signatures during COVID

Q. I would like to understand how are companies handling dual signatures when one signature is automated and the other is manual, We are working remotely due to Covid-19. Although an AP representative is going to the office to print checks with the automated signature, it is challenging to obtain the manual signature when the none of the officers who are authorized to sign the check are going to the office. What is the best approach with obtaining the manual signature? Do you express the check…
