Employees using personal cards for business expenses

Q.¬†We have employees who have our corporate card, but choose to use their personal card. It's okay with my company for them to use their cards. However, I'm not sure how to approach the audit function for releasing cash to a cardholder. What are some steps I can take to insure I only release cash for charges paid with a personal card, and not our CC? Are there any written policies or procedures for this type of issue?
