Managing travel restrictions due to pandemic

Q.┬áNow that the coronavirus is becoming more widespread our company has imposed travel restrictions both domestically and internationally. We have several employees who have pre-booked airfare and have been reimbursed for the charges. Our concern is that the employees who have been reimbursed for charges on their personal credit cards are also going to be receiving a refund for the amount of the ticket.How are other companies handling this situation?
