Mixed electronic submissions?

Q. Can I send a mixed electronic submission with a single A record for the 2019 1099-MISC if I send the one file before January 31, 2020? Since I have to create and mail 1099-MISC for all recipients regardless of NEC or non-NEC, I would like to use that same file to send to the IRS by January 31. Please let me know if one file can be submitted by January 31, or if I need to create and submit a NEC file and a non-NEC file. If I have to submit two files, I still plan on submitting by January…
