Payment to a corporation for contractor-provided healthcare services

Q.¬†We contract with a corporation for practitioners to provide provider services at our hospital's emergency department. The corporation locates and arranges for practitioners/physicians to provide provider services at the department. All practitioners providing services under this agreement are independent contractors under contract with corporation. We make payment directly to the crporation and not the practitioners/physicians.
