PO / invoice exceptions

Q.¬†Should a PO change notice process be in place for handling invoice exceptions? Should AP be editing or updating PO dollars to match invoices? A. (Answered by the IOFM Advisory Panel) ----- We only require that the PO be modified if the change order is over 10% of the total PO. ----- We do require an additional approval if an employee has added items to the purchase. We do not get additional approvals for small adjustments like extra shipping charges, or a small price change on the items…
