Should AP use more than one email address?

Q.¬†We currently have all supplier invoices e-mail directly to our Accounts Payable email address for payment. In addition, we receive inquiries on a daily basis. What is the best practice to use? Do you separate the two items? (For example: one email address for invoice submission and the other for submission of questions and answers.) A.
