Vendor requests corrected Form 1099

Q.┬án 2019 payments were made to LLC. Form 1099 was prepared and issued with TIN on file for LLC. On 02/04/2020, vendor submitted request for a 'corrected' 1099; zeroing out 1099 issued to LLC and instead wants us to update our payment history to reflect name with "Inc" instead of "LLC" and also provided a new EIN. I told the vendor we can use the new W-9 with new Vendor name and new EIN, beginning in 2020. However, we cannot make the change they are requesting as the payments in 2019 were made…
