By benchmarking best practices across industries in a highly decentralized AP environment, she successfully helped J&J transfer 100+ AP departments and 1.2 million invoices to its new Shared Services Center. The marked improvements in process productivity, reduced P2P cycle times and errors, increased compliance with global, federal, and state laws, reduction in fraud risk, and improved internal policies all contributed to the new center’s recognition as World Class.

In addition to creating a successful Shared Service Center, Judy also championed training for her staff, investing in the team earning the IOFM AP Departmental Certification designation. The team successfully designed and implemented web invoicing, a P-card program, and an efficient imaging/workflow system. Judy then applied her successes to J&J’s European P2P Project team, designing and implementing a Global Shared Service Center in Prague.

A globally recognized AP Practice and Change Management leader, Judy is a sought-after subject matterexpert, trainer, and speaker. She has  authored and helped develop the IOFM’s AP online learning center, and is a co-founder and SME for the IOFM AP Certification program.
