Nicole has more than 17 years of diverse and extensive experience within the operational accounting realm. Nicole is currently the Senior Accounts Payable Director at AAR CORP.
As a former Director of Accounts Payable with Ace Hardware Corporation, she lead a 37-person team that ensures the accuracy over $5 billion in payments annually. In her role, Nicole concentrated intensively on Organization Leadership, staff development, and training. She uses her results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and leadership ability to drive change. During her career, she has developed a strong work ethic coupled with a strong record of success, and she is passionate about serving, motivating, and inspiring people.
Nicole earned her BA in Accounting, with a Certificate in Forensic Accounting, and then her MBA with a concentration in Organization Development, from Benedictine University.
She is currently the President of the Board of the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Finance & Management, member Of the Board of Directors for True Mentors, is an active servant & mentor for the True Mentors organization, and volunteers With NFL Alumni – Chicago events. In her free time, she focuses her efforts collaborating with St. Sabina Church, in the Englewood Community on the south side of Chicago, mentoring ladies and participating in community outreach programs.
