Designed for: The Accounts Receivable Certification Program is designed for individuals responsible for executing AR processes. This course is appropriate for certification candidates for both AR Specialist (ARS) and AR Manager (ARM) Certifications , as both programs cover AR best practices before concluding with a management section, which is only required for AR Managers.
The Accounts Receivable Certification Program covers AR fundamentals, best practices and compliance, all of which are necessary to excel in the accounts receivable field.
Key areas of study include: Internal Controls, Understanding B2B’s P2P Process, Cash Application and Dispute Management, Credit and Collections Management, Customer Master File, Accounting, Regulatory. The self-study program (accessed via the IOFM.com E-Learning Center) comes with one year of access to the e-textbook, on-demand 4-hour (approximate) training video, practice quizzes and 3 attempts at the final exam (100 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes, graded pass/fail).
The supplemental 6-hour webinar (an additional $100 value) is hosted on the WebEx platform. The invitation with login details will be delivered to your email after purchase.
