Course description:  In any organization, the credit and collections (C&C) department has a key role, from setting lines of credit to getting cash in the bank. This four-part Master Class Series (which can be purchased and taken independently as well) cover best practices in major C&C functions:

  • Internal Controls & Compliance: This course covers policies, procedures, and regulations that C&C ensures the company is not exposed to unnecessary risk that can result in serious financial harm.
  • Collections: This course what makes an effective collections plan, which can reduce delinquencies and improve cash flow by collecting cash sooner. 
  • Credit Management: This course helps those in credit departments navigate determining the creditworthiness of customers and striking a balance between protecting the company’s cash and increasing sales, within the guidelines of the company’s AR/C&C strategy.
  • The Customer Master File: This course covers the management of an effective customer master file. 

Enrollment includes: This package includes the four e-learning classes of the Credit & Collection Master Class Series. Each of the four courses contains a short e-book, a short (30 minutes to 1 hour) webinar class recording and three attempts at a short final quiz. Enrollment expires one year from date of purchase.

Judy also championed training for her staff, investing in the team earning the IOFM’s first AP Departmental Certification designation. Judy is a globally sought-after subject matter expert, trainer, and speaker. She has authored and helped develop the IOFM’s AP online learning center and is a co-founder and SME for the IOFM AP Certification program.
