Membership Settings

What is my username and password?

Your username is the email that you provided when you purchased the membership or the email to which someone sent you a team membership invitation. You should have either been prompted to set up a password while setting up your account or received an email from IOFM with login information. If you are having trouble accessing your account, simply enter your email at this link, and you will receive a password reset link from customerservice@mg.iofm.com

How do I edit my User Details?

On “My Account” page, there is a box in the upper left corner called “User Details.” Click the blue “Edit” button in the box, and you can edit name, email, job title, company and phone. In the "Address Book," you can edit addresses by clicking the blue “edit” button under each listing.

I'm a member - why can't I see member content?

  • Make sure that you're logged in -- if you see "Join Today" in the upper right corner and not "My Account," you're not logged in yet!
  • Make sure that you're using the email you originally used to purchase your membership. If you think you have multiple accounts, get in touch with Customer Service
  • If your company has a Business or Enterprise membership, make sure that you have been added to it by the subscription-holder or team manager.
  • If you are the subscription-holder or team manager at your company, make sure that you have added yourself to your subscription as a member -- otherwise you will not be able to see member content.

How do I add/remove members to my team membership?

Adding and Removing members from your Business/Enterprise Membership can be managed from your My Account Page.

  1. From the My Account page, scroll down to the Subscriptions section.
  2. Click the "Manage Team" button
  3. To remove a member, click the trashcan icon next to their name.
  4. To add a member, enter their first name, last name, and email address and click the Add Team Member button Make sure to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the pop-up box once all edits have been made.

*Make sure you add yourself to Team Membership or else you will not have access to content.

When will my membership access expire?

You can see your membership expiration date on your My Account Page under "Subscriptions". IOFM will also send you reminders 3 months prior to your expiration date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for our membership products. We are happy to make a note in our records that you do not wish to renew at the end of your membership period, and will make sure the auto renew functionality is disabled in your account.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Time of Renewal:

To upgrade your membership level a time of renewal, please make sure you are logged in at www.iofm.com and follow the below steps:

  1. Click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the home page

  2. Scroll to the Subscriptions section, click the Renew Now button, and a pop-up window will show

  3. Click the Upgrade button and select the membership level you would like to upgrade to; Your new yearly pricing will show in red.

  4. Select your payment method and click the Renew button

Once your invoice is paid, you will be notified of the completed order via email. At that time you can add or remove membership team members by clicking the Manage Team button in the subscriptions section.

Before Eligible for Renewal:

To receive the correct prorated cost for a mid-year membership upgrade, you must pay via credit card. If you do not have a credit card on file, you will need to add this as a payment method in your account.

To upgrade, please make sure you are logged in to your account at www.iofm.com and follow the below steps:

  1. Click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the home page

  2. Scroll to the Subscriptions section, click the Upgrade button, and a pop-up window will show

  3. Select the upgrade option you would like, and the prorated upgrade price will generate

  4. Click the Pay Now & Change button and a receipt will be generated for the charge

How do I renew my membership?

To renew your existing membership, make sure you are logged into your account at www.iofm.com and follow the below steps:

  1. Click on My Account in the upper right hand corner of the home page

  2. Scroll down to the Subscriptions section

  3. Click the Renew Now button and a pop-up window will show

  4. Select or add a Payment Method and click the Renew button

If you select the Pay Later option, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you; It can also be accessed by scrolling down to the Unfinished Orders section and clicking the Download Invoice button next to the relevant order.

If you are paying via credit card, a copy of the invoice with a Paid watermark will be generated and emailed to you once your order is completed. It can be accessed anytime from the Completed Orders section.
