Q. We had a vendor who moved from a partnership to a corporation in 2021 but never notified us until we received the 2022 1099 returned to us this year. I know we need to send a correction to the IRS to show they went from XX dollars to zero; do we just sent in a paper correction or do we have to file it electronically since we sent the original file electronically?
