Paula Runyan

Paula Runyan is an Accountant in Lockheed Martin’s Global Financial Services Accounts Payable Department in Lakeland, Florida.

She has had a 13-year career at Lockheed Martin and is currently working as a Team Lead in Accounts Payable.

Alan Paley, APM, CAPP
Vice President

Alan Paley is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Overseas Cargo, Inc. He was active in the former South Florida Chapter of IAPP and served as President of that organization in the early 1990s.

He joined Overseas Cargo Inc. (a third-party logistics and warehousing provider) as Director of Operations in 2009 and was responsible for both Operations and Accounting.

He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2014. In 2016, he was named "Chief Financial Officer of the Year" by the South Florida Business Journal in the category of private companies with less than 100 million in sales.

In his prior work experience, Alan joined Pueblo International as a Field Auditor in 1986, transitioned to Accounts Payable Manager from 1988 to 1992, and served as Director of Retail Accounting from 1992 to 2009.

He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and served during the Vietnam War.

The Florida IOFM Chapter will network and share ideas regarding their processes, internal controls, compliance, and regulations. They will network together to build a stronger Financial Operations community in the state of Florida.

Outside of the IOFM annual conferences, the chapter will provide the Florida financial operations community the opportunity to meet on a quarterly basis.
