Patti Pomerenke is the Cash Disbursements Manager at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp (MGIC) located in downtown Milwaukee. Patti has been working in the mortgage industry for her entire career and has been with MGIC for 14 years.
Her resume at MGIC includes Project Management and Business Analyst roles, and Patti has been the Cash Disbursements (AP) Manager at MGIC since August 2015. Patti enjoys looking for more efficient ways of working and time spent coaching and mentoring her team.

Nicole has more than 20 years of diverse and extensive experience within the operational accounting realm and leads a 21-person team that ensures the accuracy of $2 billion in payments annually. She is an active speaker with IOFM and increased her presence as an AP & AR Certification Trainer in 2021.
Vanessa Wais, APM is an AP Analyst at Uline, a shipping, industrial and packaging materials supplier located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. She has 29 years of experience in AP and is passionate about Accounts Payable, particularly electronic payments.
She has been a member of the IOFM AP/P2P Advisory Panel since 2018 and enjoys networking with her professional peers. Being a chapter leader offers her yet another opportunity to share best practices with others.
Sheila Anderson is Vice President and Accounts Payable Manager at Baird, an international financial services firm that provides services to individuals, corporations, institutional investors, and municipalities.
She has been an AP professional for 19 years and is a member of IOFM’s Advisory Panel.
Jesse Norwood, APM is the Director of Accounts Payable for Veolia North America. He has been with the company since 2004 and has been in the Accounts Payable Department since 2012. Prior to 2012, Jesse spent 17 years in IT and is now bringing AP automation to his department. Jesse received his APM certification in 2015.
The Midwestern Region Chapter will network and share ideas regarding their processes, internal controls, compliance, and regulations. They network together to build a stronger Financial Operations community in the Midwestern region.
Outside of our annual conferences, the Midwestern Region Chapter will provide our financial operations community the opportunity to meet on a quarterly basis.
