Q. Can we use the same TCC to electronically file our 1099 Forms as we use to file our 1098-T Forms? A. (Answered by IOFM's thirrd-party tax experts) If you are filing the 1099s and the 1098-T forms all in the FIRE system, the answer is "Yes" a single FIRE TCC is used to file both of those types of forms.  But if you are filing some or all of your 1099 forms in the IRIS system, the answer is "No" because Forms 1098-T cannot be filed in IRIS; you'll need a FIRE TCC for the 1098-T filing, and…
