Q. I work for an insurance company, and we have not typically accepted credit card payments from clients. If we were to start researching more about accepting credit card payments and things to consider, where would you suggest I start researching? I’m assuming there is a lot to learn about credit card fees, storing credit card information (and the use of a vendor to do so), etc. Any sources of best practices or things you have learned would be very much appreciated.
