Q. We are having a hard time getting invoices approved in our AP workflow system by departments who have purchased the goods/services that have been invoiced. We rely on the department to approve, thereby confirming receipt of the goods and services. Despite our AP workflow system sending weekly reminders and links to approve invoices -we find ourselves with invoices not being approved for 5-6 months.
