Canadian payables process

Q. My U.S. organization recently acquired a Canadian company. We are trying to establish a payables process for a Canadian entity paying a Canadian entity. We need to establish processes for vendor setup requirements to annual reporting processes similar to 1099's. Can you provide a resource where we can research requirements or recommend a consultant firm in the Houston area we could bring in to help us build this process?
