Q. I have a question for my AR/C&C colleagues: Do you have a credit committee in your company and if so, what is their role, scope and objective?

We do not have a credit committee in our company. I’m a one-person department.

Our credit committee consists of the Credit Manager, Shared Services Manager, CFO, Sales VP and Sales Directors.
The credit committee is responsible for approving credit lines over a set limit.
