Q. I was looking for some help with GDPR, which is a EU (European Union) data retention guideline. We are US based company with operations in EU. I am looking for help with a few questions:- Since we are US-based, does the GDPR apply to us?- Assuming we need to follow it, what data points are we able to retain--such as vendor name, address, partial vendor banking details?- If all data points must be removed, then how is the AP data such as vendor, invoice, payment records updated?
