Q. My company acquired another subsidiary company before January 1, 2025. However, the subsidiary company was not accounting centralized until mid-year. Consequently, the subsidiary company made direct payments to vendors via subsidiary bank account which was created under subsidiary company TIN. Please be aware that some vendors were paid by the subsidiary company only, some vendors were paid by the parent/holding company and some vendors were paid by both organizations.
