Q. We are setting up a new process with our company where we want to send out a welcome letter to our customers to ensure we have received all the correct information from our sales team when we set up a new customer in our accounting system. Does anyone have a sample intro email/letter they send out to their customers? I thought we would cover requesting payment by ACH, correct accounting contact information, purchaser contact information for the site we are establishing as well as sales tax…
