Organizing emailed invoices

Q.¬†Any thoughts on how we can better manage invoices sent to an AP email address and shared by staff? Simply put, are there any ideas¬†out there about organizing the messages received in our shared AP email address in order to avoid any risk of omitting or overlooking any incoming invoices for processing?
