Q. We are paying for a library database subscription, which we need to renew annually. Is this considered rental of copyrighted article vs sale since we do not have perpetual access? If yes, how do we source it? Rental income is usually sourced at location of the property, so do we source based on location of payee? Or location of where we access the database?
