Q. We have a handful of non qualified Deferred Compensation payments going to suppliers and I need confirmation of how to accurately report these on a 1099. The payments that are issued fall under three buckets; Retirement Benefits paid to someone from an expansion firm, a partner with expansion firm that joins our company as an employee, and someone that is not a partner that comes over as an employee.
