Q. We are looking at charging convenience fees for credit card payments. We are strictly B2B and all transactions go through our portal. Was curious if anyone else had done this. Would appreciate some feedback on best practice. A. Of the six responses we've collected thus far, most (three of six) do not pass a fee along to the customer, one is on the fence, and two pass fees along to the customer.
