Q. Are vendors contractually obligated to invoice at the PO price? We have a punch out vendor who won't invoice us at the PO price. I want to refuse payment as the AP Manager, but the Procurement department just wants to hard code and move on. The price difference is minimal, but I don't agree allowing the vendor to not honor our PO agreement, as it the correct approach to take. A.
