Q. I have a supplier that has provided me with a W-8BEN-E to create a new vendor master record within SAP. The beneficial owner in Part 1 is listed as Kulicke and Soffa (Switzerland) Management GMBH with their country of incorporation as Switzerland and their chapter status in question 4 as corporation. Question 3 related to disregarded entity is blank. Questions 6 has their Switzerland address listed. In addition, in Part 1 question 9a is blank and 9b they have a foreign TIN referenced. In…
