Benchmarking for travel management companies (TMC) solutions

Q. I am doing some benchmarking on travel program solutions. I'm looking into three options: TMC, executive concierge, or self service. We currently use Concur for expense as well as their booking tool for air/lodging (no corporate rates and not mandatory). What are other companies doing these days? Are majority using TMCs? Is there a practice to use a "concierge" type for executives and perhaps a "self serve" booking tool or others? Any input/suggestions are welcome.
