President

Anisea Burl currently works for Hampton Roads Sanitation District where she supervises a fully accredited accounts payable team. She is a Certified Accounts Payable Manager with over 15 years of AP experience. Anisea remains focused on the initiative of empowering suppliers through an iSupplier Portal, providing them with the ability to communicate through a secure internet-based portal.

Theresa Black, APS
Vice President

Theresa Black is an Accounts Payable Associate for Hampton Roads Sanitation District. She has been an AP professional for over 5 years and is currently attending Saint Leo University and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Ingrid Conde, APS
Secretary

Ingrid Conde is an Accounts Payable Coordinator for Hampton Roads Sanitation District. She is a Certified Accounts Payable Specialist with over 13 years of AP experience.

Bethany Mezzadra, APMD, MBA
Chapter Advisor

Bethany is a founding member and past president of the Baltimore/Washington D.C. Regional IOFM Chapter.

She has more than 30 years of experience within the Healthcare Industry, specializing in Shared Service Environments. She currently leads a 32-person Accredited Payables Department ensuring the accuracy of $2 billion in annual payments.

The Baltimore/Washington D.C. Regional Chapter will network and share ideas regarding their processes, internal controls, compliance, and regulations.

The ideas shared in our IOFM Chapter will generate best practices and improvements that our members can use to overcome common business challenges.

Outside of our annual conferences, our chapter will provide our area financial operations community the opportunity to meet on a quarterly basis.
