How is work typically split among your AP team?

Q. If you have multiple AP specialists on one team, how is the work typically split? Alphabetically by vendor and split all tasks? Separate and rotate tasks, (one person handles invoices one handles credit cards and expenses), etc? A.  (Answered by a member of IOFM's advisory panel) We organize the processing of invoices by alpha and monitor volume quarterly, adjust as needed.
