1099s submitted to IRIS system "received with errors"

Q. It's my first time submitting 1099-NECs into the IRIS portal. Had a difficult time connecting since last week but was finally able to enter each individual forms. The transmission status says "received with errors". However, errors are not identified or explained? I selected to correct, forms were sent back to the unsubmitted folder, however nothing seems wrong with the entries so I resubmitted. I have been trying to contact support since yesterday with no avail. Has anyone encountered the…
