Q. We make payments to vendors who are in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program. During the year, the County was the subrecipient of grant money from the state (Commonwealth of Virginia) for Emergency Operating Costs During COVID-19. We disbursed these funds to eligible Food Program participants. Are these COVID relief payments 1099 reportable? If so, would they be reportable on the 1099-G or another form? A.
