Q. Is it possible for a company to have multiple TINs? We have a vendor who's provided two different W9 forms, each with a different TIN. They're telling us that one of the numbers is a Georgia number, but I've never heard of the IRS issuing multiple TINs, particularly one that is applicable at a state level.
