Q. We have an employee that lives out of state and flies in weekly to Wisconsin. He expenses all of his meals while in Wisconsin each week. Is this generally allowed? Would it be allowed at your organization? Or would his meals be considered something he should be responsible for? On another note: Is expensing cakes and meals for employees on their birthday allowed? What is the policy at your organization? A.
