Q. We received an invoice from a foreign vendor, the address on the invoice matched the W-8 on file. The mailing address is a PO Box in the U.S., which is not on the W-8. Is it ok to create a U.S. PO Box remit-to address as a child entity in order to pay this invoice? A.
