IRIS Portal CSV Uploads: Multiple Payer TINs and Batch File Processing

Q. I have a question on the IRIS Portal CSV upload file. Does each file have to be separated by Payer TINs? For example, can we not have two Payers' TINs on the same file? Also, are we able to send multiple 250-record files to be processed at one time — as in, have let's say 15 250-record files that are unsubmitted and can be processed at once?
