Payments made from different entities owned by the same parent company

Q. We are a parent company and we started sending payments for our other entities mid year. This may mean that the same vendor was paid $400 for the first half under one TIN and $300 for the second half under another TIN. Reporting under each TIN would reflect them not receiving a 1099. Is that correct or should we combine under the parent company or company that received the service? We own the other entities. We are just processing their invoices and cutting their checks to help with…
