Q. We receive an exceptional number of requests for our tax exempt certs. I wanted to put them on our "DOING BUSINESS WITH" page so suppliers can pull them themselves, but our tax department is not sold on this and is pushing back.Do you have any suggestions on how we can make this piece more self-service?
