Q. Our parent company is incorporated in the U.S., but we are starting to open up subsidiaries in multiple countries. Considering these services are performed outside of the US and are directly attributed to our foreign based subsidiaries is it necessary to request a W-8 when setting up a foreign vendor for our foreign subsidiaries? Would these payments be considered reportable? The foreign subsidiaries would be 100% owned and controlled by our U.S. corporation. I believe these subsidiaries may…
