Q. Some of our vendors are submitting W-9s on a 2026 form. I only see the form as a draft on the IRS website. Can we allow the new form? When is the IRS expected to have the new form available on their website? A.  (Answered by IOFM’s third-party tax expert) As of March 2, 2026, the official form to use for the W-9 is the one that says March 2024 in the upper-left corner.
