Q. My organization provides telephone voice and data communications services such as call transfer, call waiting, forwarding, internet, and cable packages.
We have offices at two locations.
I am having challenges tracking incoming invoices from our vendors. Some of our vendors email their invoices. Other vendors, particularly very small businesses, prefer to mail hard copy invoices. Still others mail or email invoices to various managers and executives.
