Is there anything more frustrating than your own accounts receivable (AR) tools and processes preventing you from getting paid? The shared services department at Catalina Marketing Corporation was struggling to deliver invoices, collect payments and get accurate reporting using manual, labor-intensive processes. But when they implemented AI-powered automation, all that changed.

In this webinar, special guest Bilyana Gavrilova, Senior Director, Shared Services at Catalina will discuss her team’s experience moving from manual to automated collections and invoice delivery. Learn how this transformation enabled the company to:

  • Achieve record low past due balances thanks to automated payment reminders & better collection prioritization
  • Reduce invoice delivery delays with seamless integration to customer accounts payable (AP) portals
  • Generate robust reports for faster decision-making & more accurate cashflow forecasting
