Q. As we try to recruit new employees in hard to fill spots, we are enticing them to work for us in the future by offering them scholarships while they are still in a particular program for tuition, books, and costs associated with certification. The recipients will be hired after receiving certification and are required to complete two years of employment. The monies are due back if conditions cannot be met.
