Q. This is the situation: An invoice was issued by a creative agency on behalf of its client, L&L, Inc. We processed the PO and invoice under the supplier name, L&L, Inc.; however the payment (as per invoice instructions) was issued to the creative agency, as they hold the funds in an escrow account and then they pay directly to the client. Other information: L&L Inc.'s W-9 indicates an S Corporation with an EIN. L&L, Inc. provides us with professional speaking services. We have not collected…
