Q. We have a rent vendor who provided an incomplete W9 missing their TIN. When we asked for a completed form, they stated that they do not have an EIN and are refusing to provide a SSN. Can you please advise how we should proceed with this issue to obtain their TIN? How can we ensure they are set up as reportable if they continue to refuse?
