Q. If my company stops using pre-printed 1099s and has their 1099s created through Oracle, the forms would print out without any information on the back. Does the information contained on the back of a pre-printed 1099 need to be on the back of a 1099 if it is printed out in Oracle? And if the answer is yes, could we use the information contained on the 1099-NEC/1099-MISC which is found on the irs.gov website? A.
